Message to All MDiv and BD students (Fieldwork)

Dear students,

Kindly pls. pay attention to the following message if you are going to do credit-earning fieldwork education in the coming summer:

We shall have a half-an-hour briefing session on the fieldwork arrangement on 10 May (term-end service), right after the supper. Pls. note that this is a compulsory session.

1. Singing Practice for Ground Breaking Ceremony of the New Chapel
   If you want to sing hymn in the Ground Breaking Ceremony of the New Chapel, pls remember to participate the singing practice on coming Monday (23/4) at 12:00pm at Theology Bldg. Pls wear our retreat camp T-shirt and jeans on that day. Thanks!
   Foon Foon (our staff) are recruiting some students to help out with the decoration. If you can help, pls contact Foon Foon.
   
2. Pray for Nancy Tan
   Some relatives of Nancy's are sick and Nancy feels sad and worried. Pls pray for Nancy and her relatives.
3. Message from Simon KWAN (to all MDiv and BD students)
   

   Dear BDs and MDivs,
   
   I am sure that some of you are planning to enrol the coming SUMMER FIELDWORK Education. Pls be reminded that if your fieldwork will be a CREDIT-EARNING one,
   
   

   1. You must read the fieldwork handbook at the bottom of our homepage . CHAPTER ONE, in particular, is a must-read.
   2. You MUST submit an application form to me AT LEAST 1 month before your fieldwork commences. This is to allow sufficient time for me to contact and brief your fieldwork supervisors. The application form is available at the above-mentioned homepage (chapter 4 is the form).

   家父王康壽先生，於三月三十一日安息主懷，享年八十七歲。安息禮拜將於四月十六日（星期一）晚上八時正假寶福紀念館4B妙廣堂舉行。四月十七日中午出殯。
   寶福紀念館位於沙田388地段大圍悠安街1號。（大圍火車站--「新強記」對面設有免費穿梭巴士，每十分鍾一班。）

   The memorial service of Phyllis's Dad will be held at 8pm, Monday, April 16, 2007 at the Po Fook Memorial Hall, Room 4B, Fourth floor, Yau On Street, Tai Wai, Shatin. Pls keep praying for Phyllis and her family.
