   • 尋書啟示：請問有沒有同學借了《近代中國基督教史研究集刊》的創刊號？請與邢福增聯絡。
   • 教新出版新書《轉變中的成長──香港教會研究2006》已出版，本書是以2004教會普查的結果所作的分析，原價80元，10本以上即獲優惠50元，並提 供免費送貨。有興趣訂購的師生請與邢福增聯絡，現已有4位老師訂購（葉菁華、關瑞文、李耀全、邢福增），截止日期為 9月15日。
2. Message from Dr. Kung Lap Yan
   For those who intend to take THE 2232 (God, Creation and Eschatology) lectured by Dr Kung should consider to order the book written by F.LeRon Shults, Reforming the Doctrine of God (Grand Rapids: Eerdmans, 2005), for this book is recommended for book review.
   Since the book is quite new, I don't think it is easy for them to get a copy from the bookstore. This is why I pass the news to them as early as possible so that they can have enough time to order a copy through either the bookstore or the web-store (like Amazon, Christianbook). Lastly, they are not requested to read the book in the summer, for the summer is for us to take a break, a rest and a lesiure.
3. Retreat camp 2006
   Don't forget our retreat camp will be held on 29/8 to 31/8 at CU campus. See you on 29/8 at 3:00pm at theological building!

   The Funeral Service for Kin Chun will be held on 19 August, 2006 (Saturday) at 1:00 p.m. at Hong Kong Funeral Parlour. If you want to go together, we can meet at 12:15PM at Quarry Bay MTR station Exit C. Call me (97089244) if you cannot find us.

Dear Rev. Ng and Friends,

Just to confirm with you the dates:

KC's funeral will be held at the Hong Kong Funeral Home in North Point. Vigil on AUGUST 18TH - I will be there from 5pm to around 9:30 pm. Funeral service on AUGUST 19TH - at 1:00 pm, and the remains wll be taken to the crematorium right after.

May I have a special request - I know you hold KC dearly in your hearts, and I appreciate that very much. But I believe the wreaths you intend to send should be transformed into something more longlasting and worthwhile: funds to help those in need. I am planning to set up a memorial fund in KC's name to help young vocalists, college students and choruses.

And if indeed you still want to send flowers, may I ask you not to send as individuals but as groups?

2006-08-03 SU Notic

1. Message from Divinity School of Chung Chi College
   

   Dear students,
   
   Our beloved alumnus Mr. LEE Kin Chun (05, B.D.) passed away on July 29, 2006 at 2:30 a.m. due to a heart attack. We mourn his passing with deepest condolences.
   
   With his expertise in music and arts, he served as a conductor of our School Student Choir and contributed a lot in 2004 and 2005 fund-raising concerts for the construction of our new chapel. He will be remembered for his music talent and kindness, pursuit for perfection, manifestation of Christian faith, and especially his dedicated devotion and invaluable contributions to our School.
   
   Please kindly be informed that the Funeral Service for Kin Chun will be held on 19 August, 2006 (Saturday) at 1:00 p.m. at Hong Kong Funeral Parlour. A memorial concert will be held on September 14 (Thursday), 7:30 at the college chapel. Choral groups from the Sunday Service and the Divinity School of Chung Chi College and friends of K.C. LEE will take part in the concert.
   
   You can leave message on SU notice board to cherish the memory of Kin Chun.

2. Pray for Summer intensive course
   代禱事項：暑期密集課程已順利進行個多星期，但仍需要上帝的保守、帶領，和同學們的禱告記念。以下是禱告事項：
1. 保守各參加者的適應，在新的環境和緊密的課堂裏，有精神來投入學習中。
2. 保守他們的心靈，在神學院的環境裏，教授們的講解，同工和同學的服侍，體會到上帝的恩典和同在，福音的好處和大能。
3. 參加者愛惜神學院為他們預備的各項設備，並小心使用，以防危險。
4. 保守各參加者在這四星期裏一齊的起居飲食，都能檢點自重、互相包容，保持身為學者的風範。
5. 於一切對外參觀等活動，有美好的天氣和平安、愉快的旅程。
6. 保守老師和教授們的身心靈健康，作教導的工作。
7. 保守各組長的精神和健康，來關顧參加者的需要。
8. 保守同工和協助的同學之健康和預備，帶著喜樂的心事侍。
